Accepting invite for Family Premium

I am attempting to add my family members to my Family Premium plan. I send the invite. When they 'accept invite' it takes them to a log-in page. There is nothing indicating 'redeem'. From here whether I log into the main Family Premium account or the member's free account I cannot find anywhere to enter the invite code.  The instructions suggest there will be a redeem area but I am not able to find such an area that accepts my code.

We'd suggest trying in a different browser, different device or a private/incognito window. You can also clean cookies/cache from your browser and see if it makes any difference.
