Hi @arrianecruzz. Sorry to hear that you're having some troubles. Could you please confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? Upon successful subscription, you should have received a confirmation email. Please make sure when you are logging in to the account, you are using that email.

Sorry to hear that your spotify premium isn't working. Sorry @LordRollin to quickly interfere in this conversation, but if you have just upgraded to premium, it ay take a while, speaking about one to two days. Just be patient. I also reccomend checking the transaction between Spotify and your bank. If it's pending, then, just wait a bit. Otherwise if the transaction is conluded, just come back to us.

Hello @arrianecruzz, thanks for responding so quickly. I don't want to contraddict you, but at the bottom of your screenshot, it sais that the transaction "is currently being processed". This means that its pending. As I said earlier, just wait a day and come back to us if you need further help.
