Account page and Premium for family?

Account page and Premium for family?

Hello Spotify

 I am the owner and paid for the Family and Premium package. When I want to go inside and looking at the account page and Premium for family, that page is white. Nothing appears, why is that?

Hey @tybergmadrusan,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Im having the exact same problem.

cleared all cookies.  Still does not work

I have tried to fix the problems with your solution suggestions. But it still does´t work. Can anyone from Sotify call me so I don´tt have to spend even more time in the "ask-answer mail table tennis tournament"?
