Account signup page timing out

Account signup page timing out

just upgraded to family subscription, sent daughter an invite, fill out the form for new account, then just get spinny thing until captcha thing expires ....... brillant. Seems I'm not the first, but all previous entries close with "you've not responded to our questions". HELP please

I get the same problem today. Have invited two members of my family but neither can sign up and join my family plan. Sign up form times out every time.

Very frustrating!

 

It was the same with me, my brother and my mother can not access more. they were logged in there today only me and my girlfriend got the premium accessory ... I resent the invitation but deppis of them fill out the form of an error talking that they can not enter the family plan

Managed to get there in the end. Not sure which bit was the problem as tried them all at once, but possibly password was too long or too similar to user name/email (would be nice if I got a message to tell me this), possibly an age thing so just make the user 18, and I switched browser (Firefox to IE). Good luck !!!

Glad to hear you managed to sort it. I'll keep trying. I'm already using IE but I will definitely change the age to 18 and try and different password.
