Im on a family plan we have premium but now out of now were all my songs are not downloaded and it tells me to get premium wich we already have . And not working when we try to invite me again

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble. May I ask you to confirm that the account you subscribed to and the one you are logging in to are the same? When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Please make sure, that when you are logging in to the account, you are using that username on the email. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab.

Yes im still on the original account i never logged out just one day nothing worked just like that
I am sorry to tell you that Premium for family is not working. At least not for me. After one month you will get kicked out without any explanation. If you ask for help you ge sent around in circles with the ssam banal information that is available on the info page
Hi!
It sounds like you have forgotten to click on a link that Spotify sent to you in order to confirm your home address. Is that the case? Check your email ad spam folders for that email. So, if I understood correctly, you have been kicked from the family subscription, right?

I have the main account and I invite my family members. They reply and conform their address. All good for a month. Then they are asked to verify. They do but still get then kicked out
Ya that's what happened to me
No i did verify the email that was sent to me and it still kicked me out

It seems like both you guys have the same thing going on.
It seems that the family plan members can't verify that they're at the same physical address as the family plan owner.
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, you have to be living at the same address, in order for it to work.
Sometimes it can happen that Spotify is unable to verify that your location matches the one of the Family Plan owner, because the provided details don't match.
If you and your family plan members do live in the same physical address, but have still been kicked out, you should try contacting SpotifyCares through either of these:
Tell them what's going on and your username and they'll solve it! 🙂
