My Question or Issue

Hi Spotify!

I'm a huge fan of spotify and have been a Premium and fully satisfied user since 2016. Recently I ran into a really frustrating problem. My girlfriends account was deleted from Family Premium Plan becouse she didn't confirmed our address in the right time. I tried to invite her back but she just gets an error message. Please fix it ASAP, she needs full access to finish her exams and enjoy her playlists.

Hey @arek_lip, welcome to the Community!

 

Do they have any trouble joining your plan using an incognito window? If so, ask them to reach out to us here with their account info.

We tried with incognito mode - doesn't work.

I opened another account to test if the invitation works - and it does, when I type our address. When my girlfriend enters the same address she is receiving an error message. What we can do next?

So i have nearly with same problem with that. All accounts in my family plan was deleted. When i try to get them back same thing happens again and again. They dont get any error message but their accounts continue to be deleted. I am expecting your solution

This could be happening if your family members don't live in the same physical address as you.

 

Right now, all members of the plan must live in the same physical address to join the plan, as stated on the T&Cs.

Yes i see your point. But we have been using the plan since 2years with same info. So we didnt do or change anything. Our adresses are same but this problem started just a week ago. I am looking forward for your answer.

I am faced with the same issue as well. I had missed the verification as the email went to my junk. My sister tried to resend me the invite link but I don't receive the invite at all.

So mine is a little bit different. Our accounts had beean already in the plan. But somehow accpunts were deleted and when i try to add the accounts they continue to be deleted.
