Adding a user to Premium for Family

Adding a user to Premium for Family

Hi Community,

 

I've started a Premium for Family plan and have had issues adding a user to the account. After accepting the invitation and entering account credentials on the confirmation page, I get this error message - "600 - Oops something went wrong, please try again".

The Premium for Family account is at an Australian residential address but I'm on holiday in Portugal for 1 year and have kept the payment plan as though I'm still in Australia. The user I'm adding to the Premium for Family plan has the country as Portugal in the profile. I use a VPN but can't get this users profile to reigster in Australia. Is it right to assume that this is causing the conflict when registering another user?

 

Do I need to update the Preumium for Family account location to Portugal and then register another user to the account?
