Adding account problem to Family plan

Hello,

i cannot add *snip* to my family plan. She tried to add herself via link sent by e-mail but faced problem countinously. Pls assist soonest.

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when they try joining your plan? If they're getting an error message, let us know what it says.

 

They can also try using an incognito window to accept the invite to see if it makes a difference.

 

Let us know how it goes.

We faced "there is a problem.pls try again." When we filled the adding account form via link you sent by e-mail.
