Premium öğrenciye başvurmak için girdiğim sayfada ödeme işleminden sonra dosya yüklemem istendi fakat dosya seç butonu çalışmıyordu. Buna rağmen hesabımdan premium üyelik ücreti çekilmiş ve hesabım hala free olarak gözüküyor. Ücret iadesi ya da premiuma geçişi nasıl sağlayabilirim?

Are you able to see the status of the charge? If it's pending, it means the payment didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
