owner family account

I thought that i was the one responsible for our family premium account, but when i access my account it keeps repeating to contact the responsible person. So nobody in my family knows who is the responsible one. How can we find out?

I can't get the 7 day premium trial

I made a new email today and I'm trying to get the 7 day free trial (note I had a previous account with a different email , and when I click on 'get a free trial' it just pops up with the 30 day trial . (I don't have a credit card)
