Adding family to account

I am not able to add my guy to my account. For some reason I had to create a new account and had previously been using spotty. But the email he receives is not working. How can he be added and why no longer the option to activate through text?

You can let them know that they'll need to follow the steps listed here to accept the invite and be part of your plan.
