Address not accepted

HI, My spotify isnt letting me join my family account even when I enter my address the say as the main account holder. Somebody send help.

To be eligible for Spotify Family, you'll need to live at the same address as the main account holder. You can read more about that in the TOS here. Let me know if there's anything else.

yea, i did place in the same address as the main user, but that particular account wont accept it. but the other accounts did.
