Advertisements and family premium

I added a family member to the family premium package but she is receiving the advertisments. How can this be stopped?

Have you made sure that she has signed in with the correct account and made sure she has accepted the invite?

We have the same problem... I cannot find any contact information to the spotify-team eigther, any suggestions? I will not continue paying for ads.
