After accepting invite, still fail to join

My dad, brother, brother's girlfriend and my friend joined the family premium invitations sent by me a month ago. it was all good until today. today it renewed the plan. my dad, brother and his girlfriend were no longer in the list of family members. when i sent the invitations again, they filled in the details but spotify says that they failed to join?? i asked y other friend to help me and i sent an invitation to her and she entered the details and she joined immediately. i removed her and told her to try again but with a different address and she still managed to join. why cant my dad, brother and brother's girlfriend join the family??!!!!!!

Same problem, my wife and son accept the invite but it says they failed to join. tried to redeem the code attached to each email and says code doesnt work.
