Aile için premium hesap giriş problemi

Merhabalar, Spotify Aile için Premium hesabı kullanıyorum. Eşim çok önceden hesaba ekliydi. Geçtiğimiz hafta kardeşimi pakete dahil ettikten sonra eşimi hesaptan attı. Ve şu anda eşimi tekrar hesaba dahil etmeye çalıştığımızda kodu ve adres bilgilerini girdiği sayfada "3 - Tüh! Bir sorun oldu, lütfen yeniden dene." şeklinde bir hata alıyoruz. Kod zaten önümüzde, adresi yanlış girmiş olamayız çünkü daha birkaç gün önce kardeşimi aynı adres ile ekledik. Problemi bir türlü gideremedik. Yardımlarınız edebilirseniz çok mutlu oluruz.
