Billing Date When Switching to Duo

Solved!

Billing Date When Switching to Duo

Hello,

I currently have a Solo Premium subscription with the billing date being on the 1st of the month.

I'm expecting to switch into a Duo Premium subscription, so I was wondering how the billing date will change (if so); and what would I need to do to keep the same billing date as of now (1st of the month).

Best Regards

Hey @jonan1986 ,

Thanks for reaching out.

While there's no way to manually adjust the billing date, there's still a way to decide what day you'll be charged on.

For example, you can upgrade to Duo on the 1st of the month. That should start the new subscription on the same date, hence the billing will be on the 1st.

Alternatively, you can cancel your current Premium Individual, so that your account will revert to the free plan on the 1st. Right after that, you can sign up for Duo on the same day.

Hope this helps 🙂
