CAN'T ADD MEMBERS TO FAMILY PLAN

Seriously so irritating, I purchased the family plan and invited my brother and every time he tries to accept the invitation the link takes him to my account page with an option to send another invite! Did this about four times and it's just an ongoing loop. No place to redeem code. I'm losing my marbles. A ton of other people seem to be having the same problem and there are no answers. For the love of god, HELP.

My husband tries to add me in his family's account on Spotify. However, I don't receive messages from Spotify to invite me. It is really frustrating. I've waited and no response, even if we try again.
