I have had Spotify Premium for more than 4 years.  Recently I began recieving notifications that my auto payment was not being withdrawn, although it was until

24 Nov 17. The AMEX credit card used to pay the bill has not changed and is valid until 09/2020.  A payment for December was not withdrawn on the 24th and now I am locked out.  I attempted to validate my payment info and it will not accept the payment.

 

Also, I should be paying the student rate.  I am a Junior at Eastern New Mexico University.  Please advise.
