COBRANÇA INDEVIDA

Cerca de 2 meses atrás fiz um pedido de assinatura Premium, mas havia uma promoção de 3 meses grátis. Era para ser u. Plano familiar.

Meu Spotify nunca mudou, permaneceu grátis, ou seja com anúncios e limitações, nada de Premium.

Agora na fatura de outubro, referente a setembro, veio a cobrança do Premium. Fiquei tão aborrecida que até desinstalei o app. 

O problema é que quero o produto, mas quero o que me foi proposto!!

I sent you a message replying the e-mail, but it returned.

I asked for a family premium plan some months ago, but, even thoug the credit card was accepted, there were no changes in my app. 

Now, in october, i received a collection in the credit card, regarding the signature that i never had or used.

I even took off the app from my phone.

I want the app and the family plan, but when i ask for it there were a 3 months free offer and i never had it.

I need help and a solution.
