Can I add a duo account to my spotify family premium?

I upgraded my account to family premium and I'm trying to add my sister and her boyfriend who live with us. They share a duo account. Can I add them as a group, or does she need to cancel her subscription and then I can add her?

To ensure everything works, you’ll need to send two separate invites—one for each person who will join the plan. Just sending one invite won’t work.

If the current Premium Duo plan manager wants to join another Premium Duo or Family plan as a member, they’ll first need to cancel their existing subscription and wait for it to end. If they haven’t canceled yet, they can follow these steps.
