Can i merge standard accounts with a premium family account?

Does anyone know if i am able to merge standard accounts into a Premium Family account?

My other family members have standard accounts not premium accounts and i am wondering if they can still be merged even though their accounts are standard?

Do you mean connect to your Family plan? Whether Premium or Free, it's fine, you can send them an invite to join your Family plan, given they they have the same physical address as yours.
