Can not verify the address for the family subscription

Hello.

I have recieved an mail from Spotify recently, mentioning my friends address doen’t match mine although there has been no change in my friends’ status. And finally Spotify canceled it few days ago. So, I tried to reinvite my friend, - we still live in the same place - but the invitation doesn’t work at all saying “something wrong”. I don’t know why. How can I fix it? Is there anyone who has the same problem?
