My Question or Issue

I’ve just transferred to a new phone and I can’t download any songs to my new phone. I reformatted my old phone so there are no new phones on my plan. Any ideas ? Thanks

Thanks for the screenshot, it really helps.

 

Since it sounds like you don't have access to the Spotify app anymore on any of your previous devices, it's best to reach out to Support so that they can do some magic on their end 🙂
