My Question or Issue

Hi, 

I currently have a plan with my sister and I but I’m trying to join my mom’s plan but when I try to verify address it says there is always a problem. 

I tried multiple times and incognito

 

i am a plan manager im just trying to see how i can join under that one but it is not letting me

To join a Spotify Family plan as a Premium Duo manager, you need to cancel your existing Duo plan, then accept an invitation from the Family plan manager, ensuring you provide the same address as them when joining; however, be aware that you can only switch between Duo and Family plans once every 12 months.
