Can't accept family invitation

My account is from the Philippines. My boyfriend and I are living together in Germany, so I thought to get a family premium. He can't accept my invitation because apparently, we are not in the same country. Can't change my country from PH to DE either.

Hey @jellle,

have you tried  to change your county like this:

1. With a free account, you can do this by visiting your account page here.
2. Change your country and postcode.
3. Click save profile

 

1. If you got a premium account visit your subscription page at this link.
2. Click update
3. Click ...
4. Then click Change Country and enter your payment method with a billing address.
5. Then click change payment details.
6. Now your country should have changed.
