Can't accept the invitation to Premium Family

Hello, my sister did Spotify Premium Family. I've got an invitation but when I want to accept the invitation, which I got by mail, it doesn't work. I've tried to accept the invitation with different browsers but it was always the same problem...

Does someone have a solution for my problem?

Hey @musicforlife18,

have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

Thanks for your reply. I had to make sure that I was't already log into my account when I wanted to accept the invitation. So now it works and I can listen to good music. 🙂
