My Question or Issue

I am trying to add new family members to my plan. I need to set my address for the first time as the plan owner. Every time I try to do this through the account page I get a “Try again later” message once I confirm the address and I cannot progress to step 3. Please help.

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd suggest you try the following to see if you notice any difference:

  • Try setting the address by using a different browser or an incognito window.
  • Clear the cache on the browser you've been using.
  • Use a different device such as a computer/laptop.

Hey there, I bought the premium family plan last night and I'm having the same issue as yours. Can't even have access to the manage members tab upon logging in to the website, cause of facing a blank screen. Also talked to Spotify support for about 5 hours and 5 different supporters. The thing that I've figured out is that there is a bug or issue with the account itself and we can do nothing about it. All the things that the support says is try incognito and change device, delete your app etc. This is just gonna waste your time as none of these methods would work since it's a problem from their side and apparently I can't use something that I've paid for. Cheers.

I've typed my district, county, province, my community name, a business close to my house, but still cannot an address in Costa Rica

Under the Address and verification for the Family plan. I used to be able to select my building in the UAE. Now, there seems to be a change or error where none of the buildings are showing. This shows a blank address each time you click to verify, which doesn't work. I could pick a common area, but I've used the address/building name prior for years. Does anyone know the issue here?

I have just changed my account from Premium to Premium Duo. I am trying to set up my wife as the second user. As part of that process I am asked to enter my address but the address finder doesn't work and I get an error message saying try again later. What is going on?

I'm having the same issue. I've been speaking to advisors for over an hour and noone can sort it! Very disappointing!
