Spotify emailed me saying my family member removed me from Family Premium account.

My Question or Issue

We subscribe to Spotify Family Account, two days later, we receive an email from Spotify saying: 

Your Premium Family plan will end soon.
Since your account manager cancelled your Premium Family plan, you will be downgraded to a Free account in 2 days.

That of course did not happen, but I'm wondering why I keep receiving this, and what to do about it.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

If you're the plan manager, you can go to this page to check the status of your subscription. There you'll be able to see if and when your subscription will renew.
