Can't change the payment details of my Family Plan

Can't change the payment details of my Family Plan

Country: Philippines

My Question or Issue:

The credit card through which I make the monthly payments for our Family Plan is about to expire, but I am unable to update the credit details on my account.

 

The fields where I am supposed to enter the details of my newly-issued card are not accessible for me to input the required details. You can see this in the attached screenshot taken just a few minutes ago.

 

I'd like to make sure the changes are made before my account ends up converted to "Free" instead. Thank you.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It looks like the page isn't loading properly, so I recommend trying it again...:

  1. using a different internet connection
  2. using a different device
  3. using a different browser
