Can't join Premium for Family

Hi, my sister failed to join my Premium for Family because she key in different address at first time.
(We have 3+2 postal code in Taiwan, I only use 3 code but she use 3+2.)
Now she can't join even if she use the completely same address like me.
How can I solve the problem?

I also have the same problem here. I don't know if i entered the wrong address at first, but it still allows me to use spotify premium, but a week later it says I need to confirm mym address again, and i forgot to do it. They remomved the premium feature from my account, and I decided to ask my brother to invite me again, and it still didn't allow me to join his spotify family.
