My Question or Issue

I am following an invitation from my wife to join a Family Plan - and I get through to verification of the address and then I consistently get 'there was an error, try again'.

 

I add my address, Spotify verifies it, I click 'confirm' and then I get 'There was a problem please try again later'. This has been happening for days.

 

Any thoughts?

Hey @exileonhighst, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Please make sure that no VPNs are enabled during the process as it may interfere with the verification process.

Once you’ve checked for that, can you try opening the invite link using a different browser or private window? Make sure to be at the same physical address as the plan’s manager at the time of sign up. You may also follow these verification steps.
