Can't join family plan

Hey mates,

I just got a problem with joining my boyfriends spotify family plan. We're already living together and I just wonder if there's any opportunity to get around the automatical message from Spotify which says, I could not join his plan...?

We already tried it before. He sent me an invitation and I accepted it, but while I was shown as activated in his account I wasn't in mine. Second try ended in the message written above. There are only 5 accounts registered in this plan already, so I should be able to join it, too.

Can anybody help me?
