Problem with accepting a premium for family invitation

Problem with accepting a premium for family invitation

Invited the fourth member to the family account. Invitation-mail went through and member accepted the invitation and was immediately redirected to her spotify free account. The problem is that it did not appear any square were to fill in the invitation-code. What can be the problem? I have tried both on computer and mobile

Hey @Trespassinger, welcome to the community!

 

Let's try asking your family member to accept the invite using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

Also, make sure they're logged into the Spotify Account page before accepting the invite. Clicking the "Accept Invite" button on the email should automatically take them to the page to enter the address.
