Can't join premium family - already member in this or other family plan

Can't join premium family - already member in this or other family plan

I've just upgraded my account from premium to premium family. Added my family members and they got an email with a link to accept invitation. When doing so they all get the following message: Can't join premium family - you are already member in this or other family plan. We can all log in by using previous log in details but the family functionality does not work, we can only play from one device. Any ideas what to do?

Hello,

 

Try accepting the invitation in a different web browser, or within an incognito window.That should do the trick.

If not let me know 🙂

We tried that but it can't work. Invite sent from me and hung at the address part for my family which I didn't have to input at the account level. Please help
