Can't remove user in family account

I tried to remove a user in my family account but when I click "remove" nothing happens. I just get some kind of stop-icon.

Someone...?

If you're unable to remove a user from your Premium for Family plan, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to manage the plan.
