So, me & my family were using the Family Premium plan since 2016, in the past few weeks Spotify kicked out everyone in my house. I followed previous answers and cancelled the plan, then re-suscribed to it but now I can't invite family members back in.
They get this error message halfway through the process:
Also, I don't remember the address I gave a year ago while creating the suscription and I don't got another email to create another account. What do I do? Is there a Support Email?
