When I go to pull up my account to invite my family, it takes me to a blank screen.  Is there any actual way to get help from an employee on this site anywhere??? I can't find any numbers to contact someone or a support email address.  Very frustrating!!!

I feel your pain. I'm one of those guys who was happily using Microsoft's Groove music streaming platform for the past few years until the idiots decided to shut it down a few weeks ago.

 

They pushed us over to Spotify on the basis that it would be a simply transition but it's turning into a joke.

 

Not off to a good start with Spotify at all.

 

The website clearly says that all invited parties will need to do is click a link. No setting up of separate accounts, no having to input codes....just hit a link and you're good to go. But I'm calling BS on that. It's definitely not that straight forward.

 

And yeah, what does it take to actually speak with a Spotify employee around here?? Someone is taking my money. I want to speak to that guy

I'm having a quite similar problem. I can't manage to add someone because the link always appears as unavailable. 

Having the same problem. Is there customer service from Spotify who can fix the Family Plan windo please. 

 

Issue: 

Add family member to plan

He follows the link that comes in the email

Spotify page loads in browser

Menu frame on top, left and bottom is there, but content window is blank

Without the "Redeem" button there is no way to activate the family members account.
