Can't use my family's subscription

Can't use my family's subscription

Spotify decided I don't live in the same house than the rest of my family and cancelled my subscription. Now my father has tried to invite me several times but it does not work and I don't know why. What should I do?

Hey @isabradford, welcome to the community!

 

Sorry to hear you've been removed from the Premium for Family plan.

 

Right now, all members of the plan must live in the same physical address to join. This means that if the address entered doesn't match the one used by the plan owner, the accounts are removed from it.

 

In this case, if you're all sharing the same address, it's best to contact our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look to the accounts and help you out.
