Cannot Add Family Members

Hi everyone,need help on this. I've been subscribed to the family plan for almost a year with 5 members. Everything's working fine until I received an email 7 days ago telling me that my family members needs to verify my address or else they will be removed under my account. We followed the verification process and everything's good, not until today where they are all removed from my account. I sent an invite to them again, verifying my address, however, after entering my correct address, they always receive an error that Spotify cannot verify with my current address. I am very sure that my address was entered correctly on their end. Still the same error.

I would really appreciate it if this will be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you in advance!

Hey @mamoi007, welcome to the community!

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join.

If you're all sharing the same address but can't join, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

They'll take a closer look to the accounts and help you out.

That's what I did, and thankfully it was resolved. Took them long enough though but nevertheless, everythings good. Thanks a lot man! Really appreciate that.
