Hi. I have a family account and I am trying to add my daughter to it. She uses an MP4 player. I sent her the invitation link via email (her MP4 player also has a web browser). When we open the link from the MP4 player's browser, it keeps loading and nothing happens. 

Any advice here pls?

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure the device meets Spotify's current system requirements, which you can find here.

 

It's possible that the browser installed on the device is outdated or simply not supported (anymore), so I recommend giving it a try using a different browser.

Hello Maxim. Thanks for you reply.
I checked and the player should be compatible as it is 'Android Based v8.0'

The M4S MP3 player is pre-installed Spotify Kids, & Spotify.
My daughter already has a free account and we managed to log her on from the player - we just cannot seem to add her to the Premium Family package 😞
