Cannot change country from Czech to Slovakia (card updated already)

Cannot change country from Czech to Slovakia (card updated already)

Hello, i started my account in Czech republic and now i live in Slovakia. I want to join my husbands family subscription but it won’t let me change country to slovakia even though i change my card to Slovak card… I dont know what to do.. tried everything. Please help

Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out.

 

The changes will take effect from your next billing date, as stated here. This means that your country setting won't update until then.

 

If you'd like to avoid paying for another month of Premium, you can consider canceling your subscription, so that you can manually update your country setting once your current subscription has ended.

 

Once your country setting has been updated, you should be able to join the Premium Family plan 🙂
