Cannot find my address for Premium Family

Hi there !
No close town or village to me comes as an option to location . Is there a way to paste coordinates? Tried from pc/ cellphone/ different networks/

If you can’t find your address, please try to enter the closest public space or building near you. Just don't use someone else's address. 🙂

I live in the US Territory, Guam. I just purchased the premium family plan and I cannot find my address or any location close to me. Is this plan not available to my location?

A lot of small towns within miles from my town- none of them appear in the locator and no public places either

Thanks for getting back.

 

Just to double-check, have you tried entering the building number, exact street name, or a close landmark? That could help finding the whole address and adding it.

 

If the issue persists, please give it another try while being connected to a different network.

 

If the results are the same, please share the screenshot of what you're seeing (e.g. an error message) 🙂

When I want to set adress for my family premium plan, I am not able to find my home adress, not even my village even with postal number. It was working last year but now i am not able to

I'm having the same problem. I've tried various devices but it will not pick up my address or anything public place that is local. We live in a small village and when I type in the road number it picks up part of the address but it says it does not match. I have typed everything in to get it to match but it won't. I don't understand why the address can't be typed in manually.

@1118361623 - Just to confirm, have you also tried another network connection? We also recommend nothing using VPN, as it may affect the performance of the service.

Shouldn't that doesn't do the trick, there are still a few things you can try:

 

  • If you're the plan manager, try selecting only the street name (without using someone else address).
  • If you're trying to join the plan, ask the plan manager to double-check the exact address they registered. They can do so by following the steps here. They can also update it to another address and then re-invite you, to see if it makes any difference.

If the issue persists, it would be great if you could send us a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing. Just make sure that it doesn't include any personal info.

I'm having the same issuew,

 

I spent a couple of hours on support messages to be told "it's a known issue" andit will be fixed "soon."

I tried multple different variations of the address and none showed up, I tried it on different devices and networks and it did not work.

 

Both the plan manager and the one trying to join tried to update the address and neither one could find it. none of the suggestions from support or in this thread helped in any way.

Trying to join the premium family cannot find my address and the following error message repeatedly comes up. I have tried using VPN and even reviewed the browser console. Please advise?

Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information) .

Welcome to the thread!

 

@HM28 Since you mentioned that you are using a VPN, be advised that we don't recommend it as it can cause different issues. With this said, would you mind giving it a try without it and repeat the address verification process in another browser? If you're still seeing this error message, it'd be very helpful if you could send us a screenshot so we can take a look. You can attach it via the Insert Image option in the post editor.

 

@M_Mac If you're the manager, could you update the address for the plan to one of the closest public space or building near you for example as suggested in @Maxim's post here

The API is throwing a 504 gateway timeout error. The api addresses are listed below. This is easily identified by opening the browsers debug console and seeing the errors. And in order to properly satisfy the script... "Yes i did attempt to change the account holder's address". It produced the same error.

No me deja añadirme a un plan familiar, me enviaron invitación, me dice que tiene problema con la dirección, la estoy colocando igual, ya que estoy a la par del titula

The same situation here... i can't add to my wife to the family plan... 🤦‍♂️

I just tried and was able to successfully find the address and join my family.
