Cant add members

Already asked this question earlier but still no answer.

I've tried to add a new family member to this account, tried it also with another family member. The e-mail adres @live didnt get a intivite but the @gmail.com did. Is there a problem with the mail?

If the email with @live doesn't work (btw. it should), but you can send a link to the @gmail.com, why don't you just forward the email from @gmail.com to @live, then you can add your family member. I hope that that is your problem.
