Cant join Family Account

Cant join Family Account

Some of my family invited me and I've acceppted. Now I cant use it and Im in a free account. This sucks so bad after 4 years using it.

I am experiencing the same issue. 

 

I invited my younger brother but its stuck on a loading page. 

He accepted the invite, but gets stuck on the loading page. 

Nothing else happens. 


Tried resending but still unable to get it to work.

Hi @ManuelCano13, thanks for writing.

 

Can you ask the Administrator of the account to check if your name is showing as active in his account page?

 

If it is, you might have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts and let me know if this helps.

I'm sorry about that. Could you please aski him to try again, this time using different browsers in your computer? Don't forget to clear cache/cookies before.

I also cant join family premium account. Before this im using the trial version then my wife subcribe the family plan n send the invitation to me.. error pop up once i submit the form ' 3- Oops something went wrong, please try again' . Ive tried so many times n my wife have sent a few invitation to me. Please do help me to resolve this. tq

I’m having a similar problem. I set up a Premium Family account and sent invites to my wife and son. Wife was able to accept and redeem with no problem. With my son, he clicks on accept and when redirected to the page to redeem, he pastes the code in but gets a message that it’s an invalid code.

I have tried resending the invite but it’s the same result each time. Please help,
