Cant log in

Hallo, I have a Problem with my Family Account... we are 4 People in this Account. I offen were kicked out of The Account so they had to send me a link that i can go back in The Account . But Now there stand that ohne link issnt opend But all links that i have got were openend by me what can i do?

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address to join the plan. If the address doesn't match the one registered by the owner, the accounts will be removed from the plan.

If you're sharing the same physical address with the plan owner and you can't join the plan, it's best to give a shout to our Support team via Facebook or Twitter. They'll help you get back to your account.
