Hello - How do I change the administrator on the Premium for Family plan?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hey @witalecm,
I’m afraid it’s not possible to switch the Premium for Family plan owner, without cancelling the plan.
You’ll need to cancel your current Premium for Family subscription at https://spotify.com/account/subscription/cancel/.
Once the accounts’ have reverted back to Free, the new ‘owner’ can subscribe at: https://spotify.com/family/, starting a new plan. They’ll then be able the invite their members, so that you can all get rocking with Premium for Family again.
Does this mean users may lose their playlists when they revert back to free??

Hey Spotify, in my account my son suddenly was administrator - then i tried this solution, but that would probably mean that i'd have to wait a month until i can solve the problem. As my son only lives under my roof half of his lifetime, it might well be that he inserted the wrong address. Might this be the reason? What can i do? Do you need his birth certificate? Please help.
