Changing my email address under a Family Premium account

Changing my email address under a Family Premium account

Hi all,

 

I've previously registered my spotofy with my old email address which I've deleted a few months ago. Recently, I've joined one of my family members for the family premium account, however, after joining the premium, I'm unable to change my email address to the active email that I'm using. 

 

My sister received an email from all of her family accounts to verify our address, but I didn't receive one. I believe that email must have went into the de-activated email address that my account is registered with. So how to proceed to change my email address in this case?

 

Tried going to the 'Edit Profile' page but there isn't a blank space below my existing email to change it. Help pleaseeeee!

Hey @11180030404, welcome to the community!

 

If your account was set up via Facebook, you'll need to update the email address from your Facebook profile for it to update on Spotify.

 

In the meantime, you can ask your sister to send you the link to verify the Family plan address. This way you won't be kicked out of it.
