Charged for family premium but my account says Free whilst my husbands is working.

Charged for family premium but my account says Free whilst my husbands is working.

I have been using Spotify family premium for a few months now with no concern. My paypal shows the recurring payment of $17.99 going through yesterday on the 1st June for the next month but yesterday my account suddenly stopped working. It has reverted to Free & I have lost all of my playlists. My husbands account is still working & shows as premium. He has only ever had spotify through my family account. I have tried logging out & back in, no change. I have never logged in using facebook so that shouldnt be the problem. I have only ever had one spotify account username & email. 

I have paid for premium but it is not working, how do I fix this ASAP please?

Hey @user-removed

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features, and your music.
