Help

I currently have Spotify premium and have a few questions.

I want to upgrade to a family account. I currently pay through my phone bill. Would I have to cancel my current subscription or can I literally upgrade and keep paying the same way?

Also I have two sons that don't live with me who I'd want on the account, however it says family must live at same address. Does it count as they come and stay a lot.

Hey @CraigN84,

 

You would have to cancel your payment through your phone bill first, and then upgrade through Spotify's website.

 

Also, all Family members need to use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be a cause of them being left out, so it really depends on how frequently your sons are at home with you.
