Normally when I download music in my external memory of the cell phone to the passage of a week everything is deleted and the storage configuration changes to the internal memory, know what is due?

\What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you running? How long has this been going on for? 

If you have any cache-clearing apps, uninstalling them could help. Besides that, you can try a reinstall following the steps listed here.
